same problem here.....they dont provide any manual

it most likely is the thermostat which is in back it unplugs and replace. you can check with ohm meter. the other thing is the heating element which is the thick wire looking thing on the bottom it lifts up and unplugs to replace. You can check with ohm meter check resentence if nether is bad it has to be the switch on top the thing you turn to make everything go on or off easy unplug unfashion and replace. [ if no resistance on element or thermostat that is the problem then you know which one to replace ]

After some research I discovered that Electrolux is the parent company of the common brand Frigidaire.

I have an ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE (Model : EK23CBS4) purchased in January-12 from Pune. During usage glass plate got automatically cracked. when i called up service centre they said glass plate is not covered under warranty. When I verified the warranty book there is no as such things are mentioned. Most of the customer having the same problem glass plate getting cracked automatically. So I will suggest do not purchase any of the product Microwave Oven of ELECTROLUX. This is our responsibility avoid any product to purchase of ELECTROLUX.

First check is the main fuse of the unit. On countertop units, you will need to take the shell off. The fuse will be close to where the cord comes through into the unit. OTR units, this main fuse is usually behind the control panel or possibly behind the vent. Usually the fuse is obvious if blown, otherwise test with an OHM meter, if open, replace fuse.Some brands will also have a thermal cut-off fuse in the incoming voltage line to the control board. Older Maytags and Samsungs have this fuse in it. This thermostat looking fuse is usually above the oven cavity somewhere under the outside shell. Sometimes you can get to it through the vent of OTR models. Test with an OHM meter, replace if open.Remember use the VOM.God bless you

Hello - Interior cleaning after convection, mix or broil cooking:

Spatters may occur because of moisture and grease. Wash immediately after use with hot, soapy water. Rinse and polish dry. Harder to remove spatters may occur if oven is not thoroughly cleaned or if there is long time/high temperature cooking. If so, you may wish to purchase an oven cleaner pad with liquid cleaner within it-not a soap filled steel pad-for use on stainlessor porcelain surfaces. Follow manufacturer's directions carefully and be especially cautious not to get any of the liquid cleaner in the perforations on the wall or ceiling or any door surfaces. Rinse thoroughly and polish dry. After cleaning the interior thoroughly, residual grease may be removed from the interior ducts and heater by simply operating the oven on 450 F for 20 minutes without food. Ventilate the room if necessary.

Interior cleaning after microwave cooking:

Cleaning is easy because no heat is generated to the interior surfaces; therefore, there is no baking and setting of spills or spattering. To clean the interior surfaces, wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE OR HARSH CLEANERS OR SCOURING PADS. For heavier soil, use baking soda or a mild soap; rinse thoroughly with hot water. NEVER SPRAY OVEN CLEANERS DIRECTLY ONTO ANY PART OF THE CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN.
