want a software that can transfer music to my player

All creative mp3 players have a reset button you have to use a pin or very small object to reset it but to me it looks like it frooze up. try to reset it charge it and then turn it back on. the reset button looks like a little hole. the one i bought my roomate is on the side bottom and his says reset. you have the one i bought my mom and she is not currently here at the moment but there should be a simular hole on yours to reset. if you need help finding it let me know i will get ahold of my mom.
