Bottom of TV lights up but dims and get brighter and dims
If you buying from ebay it's very possible for this model TV to have two power boards that are defective as it has a history of LED issues that damage the power board, a lot of sellers on ebay get broken screen TVs and remove the boards and sell them without testing or having any idea how a TV works, send both back you bought on ebay at the sellers expense if they were guaranteed working. Shopjimmy.com has a kit with both the supply and new LED's that will be tested and work, this set uses a couple different LED strips that aren't interchangeable, make sure you match correctly
LG OLED Horizontal Flickering + Power off
The model would have helped. Generally horizontal lines in the picture come from a defective panel and the set isn't fixable, you could try replacing the t-con board but chances of fixing it are slim
LG Ducted AC Wall controller continuous blinking
If the LED light is blinking or error code CH 00 does show up on the display screen on the air conditioner unit then it means that the product does need to be inspected. This error code coming up to show on the product is a temporary error that is caused by electrical issues then such as power fluctuation.
How do I get my lg smart tv from repeating start up logo cycle after factory reboot ?
HI Mark...I think I know what's going on with your TV but to rule out a power board issue test the 13 volt rail, it runs all the time so it can be tested with the set off, this model set uses the eay64009501 power board, it's incredibly simple and gives very few issues so I don't think it's the power supply making the set not work. I believe you have corrupt data in the EEPROM causing the somewhat erratic issues your having, if that's the case replacing the main board will correct the issues, make sure to get the exact model main as it uses a couple different ones that aren't interchangeable...Good luck!
My LG TV has static but no picture
Unplug your TV and also the external components for about 30 seconds and then disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV and move it to a different port. Plug everything back in and change the TV to the new input to see if that fixes the issue.
