Could be that the SIM card is locked. Try removing the SIM card and re-installing. First remove the battery, then the SIM, then re-install the SIM and then the battery and turn it back on. Hope this helps.

It seems problem with your bottom. You can change your bottom or flash your handset. You can go to your nearest servicing center.
