Thermador Freedom T361T70NNP - French Doors - Condensation
I have the same problem, and thermador stated there was a recall on the hinges. They are replacing the hinges to a newer stronger hinge that will pull the refrigerator doors in tighter. It took three different service companies to find the answer to this problem because I was told Thermador does not want anyone to know about this issue they have.

Thermador
There is a heater kit for use with direct side by side installations. Use that kit and the 2 units can be side by side with no gap.

Thermador Ice Bucket grey tab broke?
If the grey tab on your Thermador 42-inch built-in refrigerator's ice bucket broke, and you're unable to pull the ice bucket out for cleaning and drying, here are a few suggestions to try:
- Use a flathead screwdriver: Insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot or opening where the grey tab used to be. Apply gentle pressure to push or lift the ice bucket enough to release it from its locked position. Be careful not to damage the surrounding components or scratch the interior of the refrigerator.
- Thaw the ice: If the ice bucket is iced up and causing difficulty in removal, try thawing the ice by turning off the ice maker or adjusting the freezer temperature slightly higher. Allow the ice to melt, which should make it easier to remove the ice bucket. Be sure to place a towel or tray underneath to catch any melting ice or water.
- Contact Thermador customer support: If the above methods do not work or you are uncomfortable attempting the repairs yourself, it is recommended to contact Thermador's customer support directly. Provide them with the model number (T42BD820N810) and explain the issue with the broken tab and the difficulty in removing the ice bucket. They will be able to provide further guidance, including potential solutions or arranging for a service technician to assist you.
