First All Check:
1.Confirm whether same sim card is working in other h.s or not.
2.Make sure the sim slot is o.k. only try these two.
3.If all the above steps fails, check the SIM card connector pins for damage.
if so try to get serviced.
4.if ur sim card is good then it is problum form sim card ic u have u raplace it with SMD.
u can make it jumper mean u can fix this prob with out sim card is for this contact.
5.take sim connector slight up by pin then cheak by inserting sim.
6.hot air gun on sim i.c. then cheak it.

IF make sure that the sim card hasn't been damamged at all sO Please You Go to Service
& Sim Office and Get the Duplicate Sim Same Your No From Office Oprator

Your phone's firmware is damaged, you need to reprogram it. You can do it yourself only if you got the USB Data Cable of your phone, if you have it then the next step is to download the SE Update utility, I've attached the download link below, download the utility install it and run the application, the wizard will guide you on how and when to connect the phone, once done, it will automatically download the firmware from the net and will flash your phone.
Note: Your phone should be 50% charged and the PC should have active internet connection which flashing.

Turn off the Device, put the Card out and see there will be a small switch/latch on some site of the card, and there will be stated the Lock/unlock state, if it is locked. change the position according to the description.

What I have found with my Walkman Phone is that the springiness of the contacts on the charger have degraded over time to the point where when I plug my phone in, I have to press firmly and wiggle/adjust the connection to the phone until the phone indicates that it is charging.

If there was a problem with your phone's battery, or the charging contacts on your phone, then the USB cord would not work. If you take a close look at your charger's connection you will probably see that the contacts do not all appear to be the same length anymore; this is why the cord isn't working.

Try with another sim card, clean the sim connector of your phone, reset you phone to Factory Setting (default) using 12345. If you can open it, clean the mobile thoroughly using iPhone solution. This problem is caused by Firmware problem and Hardware problem as well.

Yes you have to format its GDFS, through the Data Cable (CDU-60) and a software called XS++ or SETool.

press frm joystick write side once then press*then 2times joystik left side then *then again frm write sidepress once u will go into service menu then u can see ur passward. no need of smcard when u do this.
