Did you get a CD with your phone?

As on most Motorola phones, the lens that covers the main LCD must be carefully removed to access the screws underneath to pop off the exterior faceplate. Once that is done, there is a silver main casing that protects the LCD. Pry up the side to remove it. You will then be able to access the LCD for removal.

The best way to fix a water damaged phone is to remove the battery and put both seperately in a bucket of uncooked rice, this for some reason pulls the moisture out of the device and the rice obsorbs it, do not use a hair dryer i have seen many phones that customers do that too end up malfunctioning worse than the water would have done to it, if the rice doesnt work then you will need a new device.
