Phone will not charge or
I would try a different charger. Possible the charger went dead. If this doesn't resolve the issues its either a bad battery or phone.

I bought a pebl on
do a hard reset pull the battery out of the phone while its still n if that doesnt wok i would try the reset in the phone software so check under settings i would personaly return the phone not a huge fan of moto lots of issues all the time if your looking for a cheep dependable phone get a nokia
