Frankly speaking their is no way you can delete entire contact list in Motorola i760 phone at a time.You can only delete one by one.But there is way to delete it but its not a very best practice.Two methods to delete the contacts.you choose the way you want to delete

Reset will delete all contacts and phone details-
menu/settings/advanced/connectivity/master reset. Code is 6 zeros.

Hey guys, i'm sorry but i have some bad news :(
This black screen of death which you have all been experienceing has been a problem of many different phones and all of them have the same cause. It is a manufacturer defect in the phone which pretty much has screwed up the software inside. Sometimes it may take a while for this problem to be come apparent (such as in my case it took nearly a month). I have done hours of research, and there was only one solution. The phone needs to be replaced.
Sprint has told me that no customer will be charged for replacing the phone (insurance or not) because it is a manufacturer / software problem. the only difficulty is that without phone insurance, it may take a few weeks to get your new phone sent to you from Sprint. With insurance, you can just walk into a Service center and get ur phone replaced on the spot.
One major pain with this problem is that all phone numbers and data (except on the mini sd card) is erased or unreachable.
Sorry about the bad news, but i hope this helps everybody getting this same problem no matter what the phone.

ok if you want to replace the sims card just go to your cell phone company and they will take off the back and in there will be the sims card and battery. I belive that for a new sims card it will cost 15 dollars

sounds like the voice recoil converter is bad on the phone and needs to be replaced.

this was a issue with Boost Mobile which has since been fixed in most markets as of May 09

I was asked by your expert to take off the back part of the phone -- I did not have a screw driver that worked and needed to purchase one -- after several hours of searching, I found one but it was very late in the day to continue the conversation.

hi there if you wan't to unlock that you have to ask for you service provider to unlock the phone and they'l give you a code to unlock but i think you have to pay for that. second option go to your nearest service center if they have a software to unlock your phone.
