I have exactly the same problem...

You just have to press your blutooth on/off button a bit longer for 15 to 20 sec, when the LED blinking stops (noted that the LED should be turn ON but not blinking), try to search the device again with your phone. By that time your blutooth headset should be recognized by your phone, then select and enter the code 0000.

1.With the headset off, hold the Multifunction Button until the LED remains on (about 2 seconds).

2 Perform a device discovery from the phone.

3 When the scan is complete, the phone displays the devices found.

4. Select the headset from the list of found devices.

When prompted by the phone, enter the passkey 0000 and confirm to pair the headset with the phone.

It seems like the battery inside the unit had gone weak, that's why it didn't keep charged. I would suggest you to replace the battery with a new genuine one and then check... This is definitely solve the trouble you are facing.

Hi , after its charge you have to push at lees 5 secondes before it turn on after you set the phone and will ask pass word put 0000 and will be ok let me know yvon chow !!!

Hey I found the solution :
1. When the headset is off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is continuously displayed.

2. Switch on your compatible phone.

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices.

4. Select the headset from the list of
found devices.

5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.

If the pairing is successful, the indicator light starts to flash slowly, and the headset appears in the phone menu where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.

The headset is now ready for use.
