RTM read the manual at APC.com in your language. wow i could cook a Turkey at 40kw. or heat 40 rooms here. you a new hire in a SERVER farm huge?

please clarify your problem. is the ups on? does it report any alarm? to see this alarms press * , then scroll down using the keypad button that has an arrow in it. if there is no battery weak alarm, press the enter key. does the display read 'normal operation' and does is show load percentage? if so press # the scroll through using arrow keys untill you get 'battery capacity test' , press c then # , this should start a battery capacity test, press battery voltage key. if the batteries are okey the voltages should read 400 then they continue to drop gradually. to revert to normal operation press # then c then # this should bring back the ups to normal operation

first you have to reset and then check.

Your English is OK, I can understand it! I can't say for sure but I believe that some UPS units don't come on unless they batteries are charged and in good condition. Try to locate the cells/batteries and check each one individually with a volt meter. The voltages should be almost the same on all batteries (usually 12 volts).

Get rid of this UPS. I don't like Best Silicon. I have the Manual for it. You need to look into the stacks. Also sound like it set points are out of waco. Did you just replace these batteries? If you did, then you need to reprogram the stacks because they are new. I would call the MFR. Cause you need a password to get into the main menu and to change any stack you need the passwords.

You can chack PSU which instal with controller card.

Your ups will ok after replacment or repairing PSU.

Hi, I have apc silcon 20kva ups my ups is working fine but display scree the ups front door machine language what i m doing.

#1. You should call APC Technical Support. It's free, and they will help you. You should get voltage even without a load on the unit.

#2. There is a Tripple-Slot unit for this device. It's specific for the Silcon based units. Read the manual, and there is a PN that you need for it. If it doesn't say SILCON, then it won't work. (I tried).
