I accidentally took the number nine key and cant attach it back
I have rarely been able to reattach a key to the keyboard. Replacement keys cost $5, but you will still have the problem of trying to reattach. I recommend that you buy another keyboard for $17 delivered. Replacement of the keyboard is simple and fast.

Headphones not working
Are the head phones working with other audio equipment? If so the sound may be turned off or volume too low on the computer. If they failed when inserted in other devices....you know the answer!

Built in mic not working
if u rt clk the speaker icon in the system tray and select 'recording devices' the window that opens will show any mics connected.
if internal 1 shows not connected then u may have a loose cable to the display - where the mic usually is located.
If it does not show at all u may have a driver issue.
Look at ur device manager for a warning sign icon. If found try to update driver.

For BK022A, discover is FN key + F1.
However I have another question. Windows asks me for the pairing code displayed on my device. But the BK022A doesn't have a screen. What is the pairing code?

Taskbar disappeared
try moving your mouse down to the bottom of your screen and see if it shows up. it may just be set to hide. If you move your mouse down to the bottom of the screen, right click on the taskbar when you do see it and click "lock taskbar" and see if that works for you!

Esc key not working
You need to check the strip beneath your keyboard keys to make sure that its not stuck by any carbon or you can inject a drop or two of isopropyle alcohol and hopefully this can might work for you.

Battery will not charge
Your battery is probably dead. You will need to have it replaced. Batteries only last so long before they can no longer hold a charge. The average lifespan is 3-5 years.

Built in mic not working
It looks like you installed a program (one that uses audio) that uses different settings for audio. If this is the case; go into that program and go to preferences or advanced settings etc and disable the audio and change it to default audio. If not let me know :)
