Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit for 15 - 20 minutes. Hopefully, during that timeout, the electronics reset and reverted back to the original factory settings.You can then, set the controls as you like.

That should only be a temporary fix...if you let it like that the coil could freeze completely over causing major water damage...
The most likely causes are a plugged air filter or an under charged condition...the under charge is a sympton of a refrigerant leak...just adding refrigerant sill only solve the problem for a short time...
