Hi, first thing is check batteries, Then under your keyboard you may find a reset button, Failing that then try the unit in another computer, even if that computer already has a wireless keyboard in you can plug yours in and determine if it works or not, if it does not work then I am sorry to say but the unit has become faulty. Take care, Enjoy life Ad

I cant remember my passkey.
Take an invented-in-Norway paper-clip, and straighten one end.
Push the end into the small hole in the back of the router.
This will reset the router to its "factory-default" settings.
Then, run the software on the CD to assign a new pass-key.

i have a blackberry 8310 curve and a jawbone II (the newest jawbone headset) and really have a two part question. 1st is that i have had the kensington 33348 usb bluetooth adapter for a couple of years and don't remember the key (password, etc.). 2nd it will not see my jawbone headset even in pairing mode. i have played around with these comm ports and may have messed them up. i also tried to update my driver for the kensington and it said no updates needed at this time. please help.
My bluetooth micro usb won't
Check the settings on your phone and make sure that it is not set to be used as a modem via bluetooth. It's a common thing to see happen. hope it works for you.
I have lost my pin for my kensington bluetooth keyboard. How do I start again
Power on keyboard with 5 seconds button on. Keyboard will start with LED slow two flash mode.
Go to Device menu and "Add a device". Select Keyboard.
On the UI keyboard, input "0000" (no enter), and touch "add".
Then on the physical keyboard, input "0000" + Enter.
It should make start connecting.
The UI changes into connecting view. But it already connected.
You can test with pushing "Windows Key" on the physical keyboard.
After connected, both LED on keyboard was automatically turned off. It is still working normally.
My kensington trackball mouse will not work on your games.
Long ago Kensington never made the change to their driver when Microsoft went from DirectX 11 to 12
I called them and they refused to listen to me.
Very poor caliper of people in charge there.
Shame as the Trackball is a very good alternative to both the mouse and a joystick.
If they would update the driver then the trackball maybe a popular way to play games
The only way you can get it to work is to plugin another mouse
It will then work with all games
