Try reaching around the back, you'll notice a rounded tab pointing
back from another door on the print unit--you can pop this cover up
and close it. That reset the error for me.

check all your plugs... and connections.... broken plugs or connectors can cause issues... clean the copier... clean the optics... with a clean cloth... then make a copy... if not good... then make an internal printout...like a status report... if good... then the problem is in your optics... clean optics... blow stuff out with an air can... clean mirrors... if bad then check your drum and fuser... check for problems... try matching marks... then clean your ccd... generally this is a very thin piece of plastic that acts like a laser... sometimes it gets dirty... if still unable to fix... at this point I would call a service technician I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/norman_d2fa496dce30c65d

there may be glass in inner side. swipe it by soft cloth orcottan. then u r problem solve . we face same problem in brother copier. (nepal)

You should be able to. It sounds like you've got a paper jam in the document feeder. Chances are there was a jam and part of the document (a small peice perhaps) is still lodged in the document feeder unit.

The recent konica cd driver it does not say for vista but it works. I have the same machine and two of my computers are vista.
