Retrieving files

It may be accidentally without your notice, it could be a hardware issue, or some software problem, or someone press delete all, or format without realize that. I can not get the camera to operate at all

U have to remove battery and charge with the given charger. USB charging not possible. If no charging then check battery and charger conditions. Replace whichever is not working- Ahipathy

Can i retrive the photos after they have been

I've posted this answer many times.
As long as you do not use the card again you can recover the pictures.
There is free software on the internet for doing this. SanDisk provide recovery software with one of their SDHD cards that works well.

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
