I m unable to open

Assuming you are dropping down the metal arm, removing the plunger and the rear pulp collector: everything unscrews from there. Hope you did this immediately following the juicing as it gets sticky and can be hard to open if you waited until it dried. When you get to the screen, it opens with a red tool they provide to unscrew it. Hope this helps.

I ordered 3 juicers as Christmas gifts, one

The Jack LaLanne website does make parts available but not the rubber feet.

Best option would be take one of your rubber feet to your nearest small appliance repair shop and see if they have a similar product in stock or can advise where you can puchase.

You could also try some of the larger stores with kitchen appliance sections or a hardware store.

Recommend you replace all three at once so they are matched.

Can't remove blade or mesh basquet

Hello,

Okay, I will take you through the complete process of taking your juicer apart. You would learn how to successfully remove the blade. There is something you are doing wrong that wouldn't make the blade remove-able. Just start afresh by following the below procedure;

  1. Remove the Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer pusher from the chute. The pusher is the pestle-like device that slides into the chute through which you insert fruits and vegetables.
  2. Pull down gently on the silver locking bar that holds lid, base, blade and other internal mechanisms together. Pull the locking bar forward until it snaps from the locked position and drops down to a 90-degree angle from its initial upright position.
  3. Remove the lid from the base of the juicer. Lift the lid so that it reveals the internal workings of the juicer, including the blade and filter.
  4. Remove the pulp collector from the juicer area.
  5. Insert the pegs of the Power Juicer's crescent tool into the compatible holes on the blade. Push down on the crescent tool and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the blade. Carefully lift the blade from the Power Juicer's base.
  6. Lift the filter from the base. The filter looks like a coffee pot filter and captures the pulp that the blades shave away from your juiced fruits and vegetables.
  7. Lift the receptacle from the base. The receptacle is the last remaining removable piece of the Power Juicer. This mechanism captures the extracted juice and drains it out into your glass through its spout.
I hope the above helps.

Good luck.
