The wash tank element should be operated through a 3 or pole contactor which gets its power only when the rinse tank has come up to temp and switched the thermostat over(rinse tank heating takes priority). Is the rinse tank element fully intact ie-is it pulling its full amperage or is part of the element blown causing it to take longer to heat? Is the rinse contactor dropping in when the thermostat for the rinse tank is turned fully down? It sounds like a thermostat or contactor problem- good luck and let me know how you get on. Kitcheneer

Thanks for using FixYa. To start with check the water inlet valve which is located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side of the Dishwasher. If the water inlet valve is bad you have to replace it, also check the main water line for clogs/obstructions. If still the issue is not resolved then it’s a bad float switch and needs to be replaced. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

do not use nocommercial dish washer powder, it may ruin ur recirculating sump pump, alwasy us manufacture recomendation, or you will void the warranty

my omega starts can hear the water then just switches of what can i do

Question edited to move it from Computers to Dishwashers. Is there by any chance a floor tile 4" out from the dishwasher front? If so, try lifting the front with a crowbar or long screwdriver. Did you disconnect, inlet hose, drain and power? They may have been installed tight, or clipped. ..
