From the Main Menu press the button underneath the spanner>Demo and deselect the first square if it is ticked>Save.

With your device turned off, press and hold the "OK" button in between the arrows and press the "On" button.

On screen you should see the "Maintenance Menu". Scroll to "GPS menu" using the arrow keys and select it using the "OK" button. Select "Perform a GPS cold start". When this has finished, press the "Home" key twice (the one with the three lines on it). Turn the unit off, then go outside, raise the antenna, and turn it on again. Keep it still for 10-15 minutes and the unit will start to pick up GPS again.

I'm thinkin that ur fm transmitter is interfeering with ur satilite signal. solution i suppose would be to purchase head unit that has sat and mp3 plug in capatible... or stop using ur fm transmitter while ur using ur gps.

a few things to ensure

1) battery is fully charged
2) Thed correct BAUD rate and PORT are set ( see manual)
3) You are oiutside and there is a clear view of the sky.

Still failing? Then possible damaged SIIRF chip caused by starting engine while plugged into power socket

Press and hold the on/off button for ten seconds. This will re-set the system. Do the hard reset by this way "Hard reset by pressing and holding the power button for around 10 seconds, then releasing it and pressing it again for around 10 seconds to turn it back on". Its a painful one but its the temporary solution which you can do.

i get the same on two of the same here only thing i can say is their tech support does not work and their customer service is next to none but perhaps they have turned off the satelite signal so that the 320's wont work anymore so that people have to go out and buy another 1 or perhaps the aliens shot down the satelite

mmm Looks like the navman severs down or theres no map card in it.

u need to go to the NAVMAN web site, register your GPS and click support and see if any downloads are avil, there may not be any, if not u will have to wait until they are released.

I have not dealt with the ICN320 but as like with most navman gps systems the only sure way to map change is to either buy from navman or check the likes of e-bay.com

hi, i did what was advised yesterday. i gave the sat nav a trial and so far so good.

I have a ICN 320 Navman and it took 20 to 30 mins to connect to Satalites that is untill yesterday morning when I Updated the Navman Satalite GPS Data if U wish to know what I did please contact me on [email protected]
My ICN 320 now takes a few seconds to conect to Satalite systems/
