I had the same problem. Then I discovered that the Bendix USA WDS1043 / WDC1024 is the same, or almost the same, as a Splendide Comb-o-matic 6000. You can find an extensive parts manual at

They can also supply a replacement washer/dryer combo when your present unit finally dies.

Hi, I have a very similar issue with you guys. My tricity bendix washes ok but doesn't heat up when drying. It's cold. Does anyone know what part I need or how to fix it?

The belt might have fallen off the motor pulley or the motor isn't running at all.

Ensure you are programming correctly check your instruction book. Some programmes will ignore your commands if they are not compatible.
