Microsoft has not supported Vista since April 2017. I would suggest that you at least upgrade to Windows 7, as Microsoft will probably support it until 2020. Good luck.

Many older printers want to finish a print command before allowing resetting to normal printing, and will ignore your cancel print command in My Computer/Control Panel/Printers/Properties. So either let it finish by feeding used paper or unplug it, cancel documents and then plug it in with the power and feed buttons pressed at the same time to reset. If it will still not print normally despite clearing document print commands and unplugging and resetting, dip switches may be defective or on-board software is corrupted.

Using a combination of the ratio in resizing the picture and after trying numerous combinations of settings ,I stumbled upon a setting which, and after removing the fit to page tick , solved the problem. I think I'm getting to old for this .Thanks

It doesn't choose an OS. It's PC and Mac compatible.

Probably one of the red cartridges is empty or near empty or possibly the yellow - it will miss whatever color is low or empty or substitute the next closest shade using the remaining colors if one is out.

hi im josh in cebu phils.friend to solve you problem in printing. you need to check the connections of your printer be sure the cables are mounted prperly on the slot.2nd check the default connections of the printer the port being selected must be the same with the port being used and laslty try to reinstall your printer software driver.thats all good luck hope i helped you.

Not really cordless wifi, you are connecting to the router or office network using a network cable. There would be ways around it using a powered wifi access point hub to the printer and use that to wirelessly connect to the router, but probably not cost effective.
