well u can try *#7370# but this will ask u for lock code. try the default lock code 12345. if this doesn't work try this: switch off ur phone. Press green button, * , 3 and power button press and hold all these buttons until u see formatting screen.

I have zero, menu, delete and edit buttons don't work. What shall I do ?
