Hi, If your handset asks for PUK code, you need to contact the service provider and provide them 20 digit sim number for the PUK code . Service provider numbers will be toll free. Please Check if the Browser icon is hidden. If it is hide then please unhide.
Please check if the service book is available, if not then please contact your service provider to send the service book.
Please check if Blackberry services are active.
If once you Unlocke the handset using Unlock code, then you can use any sim, even if you restart then you dont have to unlock it again.

ATT does not have blackberry data plans available in prepaid options. You may have purchased a basic data package, but without the correct data plan codes for blackberry, those basic features are worthless with a bb phone.

not a problem in your phone.. its problem in your netwark.. makle sure there is no problem in your network by using that SIM card in another phone..
else contact the customer care of your Network

In your "options' then "security" menu, there should be an option for "wipe handheld".... it will then ask you to type the word "blackberry", then the unit reboots and resets... :)

Go to EBAY and buy unlock code. This is not something they give away.
