download HTC Desktop Sync to your desktop install it and plug in USB it will then read your phone, its all over google search.

open back remove battery and behind your battery you will see where the small SD card goes. replace it.

If you have tried to open up to 5 times and still fail, you arerequired to wait about 30 seconds and then press OK to continue. If the screengoes off, press the power button to restart and then open the screen. PressForget pattern when the button appears.
