Why does MSDC , WITH BLUE SCREEN, appear WHILE CHARGING BATTERY?

You're charging by connecting to a computer's USB port? The MSDC simply indicates that the camera recognizes the connection to the computer. It should go away when you disconnect the camera from the computer.

Need image imager software to download

You don't need any special software. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

When the camera is fully charge, and i unplugged the camera the battery go back on red.

Then I'm afraid your battery has come to the end of its life. You just have to buy a new battery. First try to charge, and discharge it a few times. But if after 3 cycles nothing improves, goto line one, buy a new battery.

Blurry pictures

Is your camera in the macro mode? There's a slide switch on the end of the camera, near the USB slot. Slide it from the flower to the mountain, then take a picture of something at least three meters (ten feet) away. Is it still blurry?

Card protected on will not let me take pictures how do I turn off?

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

What does the charger for a vivitar vivicam X029 look like? And where do I plug it in on the camera

You can use any USB charger, such as used by some cell phones. Or you can connect the camera to a computer's powered USB port. In either case, it plugs into the camera's USB port.

How do I got the flash to work

Make sure you're not in the macro mode. There's a slide switch on the end of the camera, near the USB socket. Make sure this switch is in the mountain position, not the flower. Also bear in mind that the flash is for still photos only, not for video.
