I have a Panasonic SC
F61 indicates a shorted output amplifier. Not sure why the service center did not see that. It would explain the higher resistance. The only fix I know is replacing the output amp.

Hi I need a power cable as we have lost ours. Any
Hello,
Your power cable is pretty easy to get hold of. It's a standard "figure 8" type mains lead. I'm from the UK and can get them from Maplin Electronics store (high street shop). If you're in the USE, somewhere like Radioshack or simular should stock them also. You can also get them on ebay. cost around £2.00 or so. Again the lead connection ype is called a "figure 8". why? well turn 8 on it's side and it looks like the connection :-)

I am in Australia and have a Panasonic SC-HT878
There should be a setting on the DVD's menu for output of picture. You should look under colour settings, to see if it has got NTSC output. You should also check your TV it might not be set to NTSC aswell. You can look in the user manual of the DVD to see if says anything about NTSC playback. If you have lost the manual you can download it for free on the Panasonic website.
If it won't playback NTSC discs, I'd guess you can get an adapter from somewhere.

Can i listen to my ipod threw the theater sound system
your home theater has a AUX phono plug in the back
you need to buy or make a cable that looks like this
to buy
3.5mm headphone jack>>>>> phonojack
if that cable has only one phono jack on the other side then you also need this
one phonojack>>>>>two phono jacks
this is needed because if you kept it as one jack then only one side will play music
if you make it then
3.5mm headphone jack>>>>>> two phono jacks

Sansui DVP1210 dvd player- unclock code
To unlock the DVD code its defends upon what region you belongs or from were you bought the DVD unit. Just click this site to hack the region code ;
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks
To keep it simple, this means that DVD players and DVDs are labeled for operation on within a specific geographical region in the world. For example, the U.S. is in region 1. This means that all DVD players sold in the U.S. are made to region 1 specifications. As a result, region 1 players can only play region 1 discs. That's right, the DVDs themselves are encoded for a specific region. On the back of each DVD package, you will a find a region number (1 thru 6).
The geographical regions are as follows:
REGION 1 -- USA, CanadaREGION 2 -- Japan, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, GreenlandREGION 3 -- S.Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Parts of South East AsiaREGION 4 -- Australia, New Zealand, Latin America (including Mexico)REGION 5 -- Eastern Europe, Russia, India, AfricaREGION 6 -- ChinaREGION 7 -- Reserved for Unspecified Special UseREGION 8 -- Reserved for Cruise Ships, Airlines, etc...REGION 0 or REGION ALL -- Discs are uncoded and can be played Worldwide, however, PAL discs must be played in a PAL-compatible unit and NTSC discs must be played in an NTSC-compatible unit.The end result is that DVDs encoded for regions other than Region 1 cannot be played on a region 1 DVD player, also, players marketed for other regions cannot play region 1-stamped DVDs
Hope it may help you;

It wont play dvds!!! Help!!! Panasonic SC-HT520
You can try a CD/DVD Cleaner Disk ($3-$5). Some sell for $15, don't know if you'll get better results. If it doesn't work, then you have a laser alignment issue that needs calibrating. The labor is likely to cost more than a new DVD player.

Panasonic SA-HT520 error message
The system has a locked / unlocked toggle sequence on the main unit by holding down stop (or Play) and then tapping the power button. Use this sequence lock or unlock the DVD / CD drawer.
