Will my 64mb GF2 support dvi and / or hdmi

Not directly......but no worries!

All hope is not lost with just the VGA out on your card!

First, every flat panel monitor I have ever seen has a VGA input, so your GeForce2 card will still work!

VGA is still the top analog signal standard for computers. I am writing this with my on-board NVIDEA GeForce, connected to a Viewsonic VA2226w flat panel monitor using VGA and set at a resolution of 1680X1050!

Almost forgot..... just ignore the "TV Out" on your card.... this is old school and will give you nowhere near the quality you will get from VGA.... it was meant as a "crowd pleaser" to allow people to connect to their old school big screen TV sets.

Get the flat panel display... you will find out that it will work just fine with your VGA connection.

Low video

I'm afraid there is is no way to increase the memory on a graphics card, you need an upgrade. The maximun resolution you'll be getting on this baby is 1024X768 at 32 bit colour.

Please rate this solution by clicking the thumbs up at the top right of this solution. Your rating is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Geforce mx400 driver for windows 7

Windows 7 already has the best driver possible for your board (got installed when you installed Windows). Therefore, you won't find anywhere Windows 7 drivers for your video card.
Still, I took a better look at your video card specs and I noticed it doesn't have Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) because at the manufacturing date of your board WDDM had not yet been created. So, I'm sorry to tell you this, but your video card doesn't meet the system requirements for Windows 7.
