1) Please use electronic spray for electronic and LUBE the small POT in the electronic Board.
2) Adjust the Speed sensor, and test it, and see is ok or faulty, clean it and ajust 1mms near of magnet. otherwise replace it.

You must take out the cover, and examine if there
are part with lack of LUBE, and corroded.
Normally this happen because the equipment has NOT maintenance in the time, determined by the factory.
Proceed according. LUBE.and repair

there 3 things that you observe:
1) The walking belt is too Tight, the deflection will be 2-3" when you lift with his finger.Adjust the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyPedy7HtzM
2) the thermic swithc of the motor Tripp for the tension of walking belt.
3)the driving belt of belt motor too tight. Deflection will be 1/8" loose the bolts of motor, and adjust.

Hi this is Jamie from FitFix.ca. Could be the console not sending the signal or the data cable running from the console to the lower board or could be the lower board. I would start by unplugging everything one at a time and plug right back in from the lower board as well as the console. Sometimes just a loose connection. If not then further diagnosing would be needed and volt measurements would be required. A local service provider would need to be called. Good Luck
Hey Alfred, yes it can be repaired,,, but in the interest of saving $$$$,, if it runs... just jump on and go until you have had enough... the rest is really trivial..think about it..
