The only repairs that can be done is the replacement of the batteries. Any other repairs will be simply too expensive considering these are hand units. At one time I made a good living repairing calculators but as the replacement cost went through the floor so did my job out the door.
How do you simplify surds
Most calculators (except perhaps the TI89) can't do this sort of simplification, so you will need to factorise the number yourself to get sqr(200) = sqr(2*100) = sqr(2) * sqr(100) = sqr(2) * 10.

How can I get a numerical answer for factorials on casio fx83gt plus
Well, the calculator has a limited display screen. If a result exceeds the display capabilities of the calculator it is displayed in scientific notation. If the number is larger than 69 the calculator is not able to calculate its factorial. If you are using some of the combination and permutation functions it is better to use the keys dedicated to them nPr, and nCr.
How can i write an
You can not do that like you think you could. You have to enter your y= equation in to the graph and then look at the graph line to see what X equals at a certain Y. Or you can rearrange the equation. For example: y=4x+5, rearrange it to be (y-5)/4 then plug your Y-value in and it will give you the X-value.

You seem to be doing it correctly. The natural logarithm of 2/3 is about -0.405 and the natural log of 1/30 is about -3.401.
As for the common log of 10y, that would depend on the value of y. If y is e/10, then the log of 10y would be about 0.4343.
How do I type in
there should be an e to the x power button and to graph would be in y= button y=(e^-2x)+3x
