not all versions of this thermal printer are bluetooth ready, what is the exact model number, it would be listed in the user manual as well if it is bluetooth capable.

Try calibrating the ink cartridges, it is probably some minor problem, with the cartridge calibration, of course it might be a bad cartridge. In this case I would recommend, cleaning it up or change the cartridge.

Locate the scanner glass and plate. The scanner glass is approximately 9.5 inches L x 0.5 inch W and it covers the scanner. The "White" scanning plate is located above the scanner glass.

Use a soft, lint free, cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol or household glass cleaner to clean the scanner glass surface and "White" scanning plate.
