Technics SUV500 2-Channel Amplifier - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Tecnics SU-G95 stereo overloaded
Power down, disconnect the speakers and power back up. If it still say's overload, it needs to go to service. If not, check your wires, connections, and speakers one by one to hunt down the problem and correct. Hope this helps
The volume and current drive cuts out
That should be answerable but first read the instructions they contain some amazing information. I can not help you because I have no idea of what you want to know.

Check for dry solder joints especially on the main power output transistor.A blown power transistor will stop the 'Current Drive' from engaging so if the problem you have is intermittent then it is most likely dry solder joints.Hope this helps.

check volume balance between right and left-then change inter connection between sound source and amplifier with new cabel(i prefer gold plated type connectors)(see radio shack).
after that if the problem excit your fault in output transistors or output stereo ic depend on circuit design.
Technics SU-G75, No Speaker Output, Headphones
The fact you have output from the headphones is a good sign. It shows the main amp is working fine. However water has clearly got inside something and affected it. The best course of action is to trace back the wires from the headphone socket and see if there is a relay or anything that could get water in it. If you do find something, try applying warm air from a hairdryer. The alternative is to apply a soldering iron to the solder conections of the device. This should get rid of any water inside. If all else fails you might have to replace the relay. But I would try a spray of Servisol first. Just in case some dust has got inside or mineral salt from the water.
Red light went off and
It's most likely the main power amp IC which is screwed to the heatsink. The current drive LED always goes out when this fails.
Buzzing or humming sound on crown macrotech 2400
Possible failure of the FILTER capacitor to the power supply, fault in the power supply , DRY solder joints in the power supply or a regulator failure. You need to check this out with a Voltage check on the board, attempt only if you are versed with this section.
Ics volum problem Amplifier
Fault is not clear , if you meant there is no volume then the amplification of the different stages must be checked using a audio signal generator to confirm the stages and drop of volume.can be related to the AF pre-amp stage.Check for dry solder joints.
