Smartphone submerged in water
Make sure that you immediately remove it from the water and remove the battery and the simcard / memory card from your cellphone. Then towel dry it and put it in a ziplock bag with about a cup of uncooked rice. Leave it there for 1 - 2 days to let the rice absorb the moisture. Then after 1 - 2 days, cross your fingers and try to turn on your cellphone. =)

How do i update my phone
Hello, Tanisha.Your telecom provider, such as T-Mobile, would inform you of the update. If you have not yet been informed, please contact them. But, as one user noted, before you update, please think about what could happen. They said: " ... you don't miss out on much if you don't update. I have been looking around in the phone software for a few hours and only noticed 3 things :- Phone has 'lost' about 18 MB of the 91 MB
memory i had available. This is not a great thing for me as i worry a bit that it will come to 0 in one or two years time.- The screen after waking up is a different one now and it's the one that can be found on Youtube if you search for the new 'Ice cream cookie' or Android 4.0."Hope this helps.

How do i stop my signal dropping
I had a HTC 'rhyme' I believe it was called and had constant signal problems, like you I could only get signal again by rebooting the phone as well. I ended up sending it back and had a replacement from my contract. They claimed it was due to 'water damage' But It was like that from the start. Second phone was fine though.
