Good Afternoon Friend,
I understand that you want to know if there is a fuse in your Frigidaire microwave, model# FGMV174K. Looks like there are 2 different fuses inside your microwave. Neither are fuses like in your home's circuit breaker. There is the magnetron fuse, which controls the heating, and the monitor switch with ceramic fuse. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your microwave status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

DOOR LATCH PROBLEM...HOLDING IT CLOSED AND TURNING
follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
- Open leverCheck your
microwave lever to determine if it is damaged. If it is broken, simply
replace the lever to get your microwave door fully functional again.
- Door springResponsible
for keeping downward pressure on the door hook, the microwave door
spring can begin to malfunction. If this part is broken and prevents you
from opening your microwave door, replacement is necessary.
- Door latchOne reason
your microwave door may not open properly is a broken door latch.
Located inside the microwave, the door latch manipulates the door hook
to keep the door closed for safety and top performance. If broken, the
door could become stuck in the locked position.
- Door hookIf your
microwave door will not release properly, the door hook could be
damaged. Located inside the door, the door hook is made of plastic and
prone to breakage with extended use or age. As this part is unable to be
repaired, the only option is to replace it.
- Button or button springIf
the microwave door will not open, it could be an internal failure of
the button or button spring. If it is determined that either of these
parts is the source, both are replaceable and it is recommended that
they be installed at the same time.
- Handle actuatorIf the
microwave door will not open the plastic handle actuator could be
broken. Connected between the door button and the door latch assembly,
this plastic part could become damaged and brittle over time, which
makes breaking inevitable. If this occurs, replace the handle actuator
to get your microwave fully functional again.

Hello Arold - Typically, error code SE indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the microwave by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually clears most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the touch keypad on the unit will need replacing.
Has power won't heat
Hi sjwebb521 - Honestly without the unit being accurately diagnosis they are multiple possibilities. However, since the microwave is no longer operational, it sounds like either the main control board has blown or wiring failure. If I was in your position, I would strongly recommend consulting a certified technician to narrow down the prices issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. You can often locate a qualified service provider through the manufacturer website.

The turntable makes a loud
Hi, check the support rollers that the turntable is supported on, they may be stuck or catching on their bearings. remove the turntable and see if the noise is still there when you switch the turntable on. If it is the motor needs to be replaced.
There is a panel under the microwave, held on by one or more screws. Remove it and you will see the synchronous motor inside. There should be a plug to disconnect the wires. Remove the motor and fit a new one. Ensure that the microwave is disconnected from the wall outlet before attempting any work on it.

My Frigidaire microwave is less than a year old.
The symptoms of loud noise and no heat indicate a short in the magnetron or high voltage diode. Need to take it to a qualified repair, to figure out what the problem. The magnetron replacement can cost as much as a new oven. See what the warranty covers, maybe you might luck out.
