No, unfortunately the device was only meant for LP to iPod or LP to computer type connections, and doesn't support normal itunes syncing.

My turntable appears to be uneven. it looks like a rolling hill when spinning, can this be fixed
Is it just the matt that records sit on that's the problem or the whole platter?
If it is the matt you can peel it off and get a new one from somewhere such as as Amazon. It doesn't have to be the same brand as the turntable as long as it fits on.
Just search for "turntable matt".
If the platter is the problem it might be caused if the platter is plastic by either a chemical or heat warping the platter. Has it been exposed to the sun for example? Some chemicals such as oil and polish can cause it to bend out of shape.
It's likely if the platter has warped that it will need to be replaced.
Rumbles badly, unable to play.
Adjust the weight on the end of the arm, till the rumble sounds stops, but the stylus stays in the groove. It's trial and error doing this I'm afraid.

Firstly if you have lots of USB items plugged in, remove them as sometimes you can pull to much power from the usb sockets and things start to malfunction.
CHeck ALL the setting within the program. You usually are required to assign the external contoller and ouputs if they are not selected automatically. Also check (If using pc) that your product is comaptible with your computer spec and that there are no hardware conflicts. You should check ION's support pages for any updates that may fix any known bugs or problems.
When I play a tape
Check that Sound Control Panel on your computer. The level could be set wrong or even switched off.
