The Bios may be having an issue.
Try clearing your bios.
Also check to see if you have a Bios update available for that motherboard.
Check your CMOS\BIOS battery also.

If the power push botton

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle to shutdown or fail to detect a hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((MOTHERBOARD TO THE HARD DRIVE))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

I have a mobo Asus

you may have a problem with your heatsink on either the processor or the north brige chipset. if either of these are overheating this would be your symptom. I would disconnect all items (including sound and usb connections and drives) except for power supply and front panel connector. in the bios you can under apm configuration/hardware monitor to check this (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5KPLAM/#download). so as to isolate the motherboard and powersupply and video(video usually cause reboots but it takes 10 to 20 minutes for it to get that hot).
if this still happens I would then suspect your powersupply (although rare for this type of failure) and try another one.
hope this helps

When i installed realtek audio

This is Asus's site for downloads, they don't really show a Windows 7 download but, in most cases, the Vista is the closest and mat or may not work:
http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5KPL-AM%20SE&p=1&s=22&os=29&hashedid=7lA7ukHVu9DpMqHh
I will also provide Realteks site, however, it's not working foe me right now, you may want to try later;
http://218.210.127.131/
If you haven't done so already, click on "start", then "control panel". In your list(icons), find and right click on "device manager", open and click on continue. Click on the box,on left, next to "sound, audio and game controllers". You should see your device(s). Right click on each, one at a time, and in the list, you should see "disable", if you see "enable" click on that. Right click on the device, then on properties, you sj=hould see "this device is working properly". Click on the "driver" tab, then on update driver. Click on
automatically search for update...". Exit when finished. You should have a speaker icon in your taskbar, lower right of screen. Right click on that and then click on "open sound mixer", and adjust your sound. You may have to experiment with eneabling and disabling your different devices, if you have more than one.

My disc drive and usb

Could be a driver issue, or a low ram issue.

Go to
http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/ and see how much memory you have.

I recommend having a minimum
1GB Windows XP
3 GB Vista and Win7

However you could reinstall the drivers and see if that fixes the problem.
Go to
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5KPLAM/#download
choose your operating system and reinstall all of your drivers.
