This problem indicates a system error. The phone will need to be flashed to enable you use it again. Some of the installation files have maybe been deleted or affected by viruses.

try to scan your mobile for any viruses nd spyware.. and if no such problem come out then do a hard reset to phone it will remove all bugs and error if it exists...

Before doing hard reset take backup .. it will delete all your data and settings and make your phone as new as when you bought it from the store.

It's a little tricky to take off the battery and I also had that problem at the begin!
Uncover the back of the phone and turn the battery against your other hand, with a quick movement as if you're smashing it (or clap).

Have you changed the battery pack? Also, while the phone is turned on, try to charge the battery and see if it indicates a charging status. If you dont see any, then this confirms that you have a faulty battery and needs to be replaced.

1.open 'Menu'------->'settings'------>'Display'------->'Navigation key icon'. Please put this option to OFF.

Your wall pape will not have this navigation key icon in it.

switch off your mobile phone then press * and 3 and green(call button) then switch on your mobile phone by keep the above mentioned buttons pressed then your mobile will be formatted

Could be a firmware glitch, have you tried updating the firmware with Nokia Update Service (link below)? Make sure you back everything up first and make sure you follow their instructions to the letter because if it goes wrong it will kill your phone.

for that you have to enable and set the phone lock .
the default phone lock code is 12345
