I don't believe you are wasting you're time as I have been on hold much longer. They should offer an 800 toll free number to call.If not, I believe you are not being charged for the call, and when you do get through, I would definitely bring this to there attention! The Reebok website is horrible for supplying support material. If you don't have the instruction book that came with the hoop, you can most likely get it online from Lifetime. I'm told the Reebok product is made by Lifetime. Look on their site for the 71525 model and see if it matches what you have with your set. If it does, that book is available op their site.
