I had the same exact problem, and I mean the EXACT same problem. I also changed out the battery with no change. I contacted the generator company thinking it might be that, but they told me it could be the control board. I ordered a control board, changed it out, and now it works like new.To sum up: Get a new control board.

hello catherine. you have two ways to go here. first of all since it is new, you can and should call the store as it is under full warranty. that said, you could also closely examine the nuts that hold the arms and feet as one of them must have come loose. if you find the culprit you can retighten it your self provided that you have the appropriate tool. joe

Front of the elliptical, 4-5 inches up from the ground (directly below the incline adjustment knob).

You find a dealer who keeps this product and order one or you search the net as I just did and came up with quite a few, then just narrow it down to the ones near you. It could even be available on Ebay???
