I cant log to dialed or recieved calls in kxtes824
I don't remember an individual outbound call log on an 824, but incoming can either be personal or system and it requires a button(s) to be programmed in advance. There is also some programming required for size of the bin and what to do with the N+1th call. IIRC all phones share the same pool.It involves using 2 CO buttons on a phone and programming 6 and 7 or 96 and 97 under the button. Full information is described in the U.S. OM so I guess yours would be in the same manual under Call Log.A somewhat easier solution would be to use the U.K. capture software called Serial Logger Service on a networked computer with a serial port. It would put the data up on a web interface and give you both inward and outward calling activity.Carl

For Panasonic KX-T7735....... we do
A Panasonic 7735 is a phone. It may have been delivered about the time the TA series KSU's were made, but the point is it's forward and backward compatible with ALL Panasonic KXT series systems.
So, which manual are you talking about?
It was either delivered with the purchase of your phone system, or the dealer "stole" it from you.

How do i delete messages
It depends on where they were left. If in Voice Mail, the "3" D key works. If it's the MESSAGE light, pressing 700# works on TA series systems. 700 plus your extension works on TD and TAW systems. Since the 7735 is forward and backward compatible to all Panasonic Analog and some of the digital systems, it has more than one instruction.

Wow to reset the one
It depends on the system. In a TA series, it's PROGRAM button 2 STORE. In a TAW or highter it's PROGRAM button TRANSFER STORE.

In our system when we receive incoming calls, its
It's called programming. Somewhere, you have a Programming Manual for your system and in the 400's (ie 411-413) you define the ringing for each extension.. By default it's set to immediate.
This is for the TA series systems. Yours may be different.

How do i clear caller
Some Panasonic cordless phones come with up to five handsets each will need to be properly adjusted. You may need to set the main handset to synchronize with the base unit plugged into the telephone wall jack and assign special configuration numbers to the other handsets in order to properly identify each one within a specified location. One handset left in the turned on mode may make it impossible to place calls with the any of the other handsets. This will continue until either the battery dies or fails on the handset or the phone is switched off and replaced in its charger for charging again. Synchronize the main handset by pressing the MENU button on the handset, then pressing the down button IN order to select the number you wish to assign to that handset. Repeating this process if you have already done so will greatly decrease the level of errors experienced with panasonic phones MORE USEFUL INFORMATION FOR ALL YOUR ELECTRONICS When troubleshooting these units, there are always several variables to consider. First check to see what last occurred with the unit such as did the children play video games, did the electricity go out due to bad weather. You may see that there are many possibilities but let's focus on what occurred last to the unit. Once we determine what happened last, we may isolate the actual cause of the problem. The actual cause may be associated with projection issues, older versions (Picture tube), interference from devices located nearby, and even a radio turned on and located really close to your unit. This is normally known as electromagnetic interference to electronics and is very common with the error you have provided today. Please continue to look for anything EXTERNAL to the unit before looking at the internal components. I have been working on these a long time so feel free to follow up with me.

DOES THIS PHONE WORK WITHOUT ELECTRICITY?
The KX-T7735 is a proprietary digital phone that only works when connected to a Panasonic telephone system through a 4 wire line cord. It does not need an ac power connection to operate, it gets its power through the line cord when connected to a Panasonic phone system. This phone will not work if connected directly to an outside line.

I'm not sure if i am not communicating my problem
Start with this first. Pick up the handset and press the intercom if it isn't already lit. Dial "9". Do you get a working line? If you do, then hang up the phone and press PROGRAM one of the 12 buttons on the right side, and dial 9+your new speed dial number and STORE. Keep doing that until you're finished programming buttons, then pick up and drop the handset back down to exit programming.
If you don't get a line when you dial "9", it means that your phone system isn't programmed properly.
The 7735 is just a phone. The programming is in the particular system and it actually has an Operating or User manual associated with it.

How to reprogram stored phone
A 7735 is a phone. It has no "stored phone numbers". The SYSTEM and the extension do. So, which system do you have and what "stored" numbers are you trying to change? The SYSTEM speed dial numbers are stored in the system programming number 001 (or 01) under any Panasonic system. Since the phone is both forward and backward compatible with any Panasonic system, most likely it's connected to a TA-x24 box. In an 824, it has a PC compatible maintenance tool and tab 4.1 lists both name and number for the 100 speed dial numbers. It can be hand programmed with 001 and 011. Name entry by hand is very cumbersome. Access to system programming is done from the phone connected to Jack 01 (ext 101) using the instructions found in the Programming Manual.
Personal numbers are entered at each individual phone. When you pick up your handset and press INTERCOM and dial 9, do you get a working line? If you do, that's your line access code. If you don't, then you need to either do some other programming, or dial an 8x code (81,82,83) to get a specific line. System program 400 defines the available lines in a system. In a TA-824, the lines select from top to bottom when you dial 9. IIRC you can select the order in a 624. Anyway, to program the right side puttons for speed dial, press PROGRAM, a button, and dial 9 (or 8x) and the number then STORE. You can keep pressing buttons and store all 12 numbers, then when you're done, pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming. Personal numbers stay with the extension, so if you swap phones, you have to swap the labels if you used them.

Verizon voice mail notification on panasonic
Wow. It's customary to start with and understand the manual to your phone system. CO message waiting is done on a TA-824 system. I'm guessing that Verizon uses stutter dial tone and those options are turned on via the 3.4 section of the maintenance tool or programs 435, 436 and 437.
If any of the above is foreign to you, then you need to either call your dealer or start reading.
