Escali scale wont turn on

Step on the scale and immediately step OFF and the scale will then be ready to weigh you. If this does not work, then you need to replace the battery.

How do I remove old batteries from Escali BFBW200 scales. The batteries are hard to remove.

On my escali bfbw200 scale it says err 2

First be sure that you are bare foot when using the scale. If you are not making contact with the metal sensors on the scale's platform the scale will read Err 2. The way the scale is able to measure your body fat and body water % is by sending a small, unnoticeable electronic signal through your body. Yes it is generally accepted as perfectly safe and I know of a 50 year old and a 71 year old that does it. The 71 year old is a retired doctor.
