First you have to select "source" iPod, or Aux.
Press "time" and hold 3 sec.
Choose "12 hr" or "24 hr" press "time"
Change with "Snooze" up or down etc

You can change the date and year this same way.

For me with the M302 moondance system, the remote Tune + and Tune - buttons change the FM station (when the unit is set to FM as the source). Press and hold for 3 second to scan to the next clear station. The Track Forward and Track Backward switch between the presets.

If you are using the buttons on the unit, you can only search through the preset stations with the Snooze Up and Snooze Down. If you do not have the remote, you need to replace it. Hi Jerry What Model....? Using a mobile phone camera would have helped in this situation. Before taking things apart I'll be very surprised if someone has the same speaker system in bits somewhere An electronics guy would trace the wire back to it's source to decide what it's being used for.
