DeLonghi Air-To-Air Portable Air Conditioner Questions & Answers
I dont know where the reservoir is in my air
On the Air-To Air Model, the majority of the moisture is supposed to exhausted out the exhaust hose and out the window. However, if it is extremely humid, the water collection tank will capture what is not exhausted. There is no hose, To drain it, there is a removable drain plug on the back of the unit, down near the floor level. You can either drain it in a low sided pan, that is capable of holding at least 1 quart of water. Or you can disconnect the unit and roll it to a floor drain (if you have one) or out doors to drain the water.
I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

How to i get th case of a delonghi model pacan125hpec open?
:To open the case of a DeLonghi model PACAN125HPEC, locate the screws on the back of the unit and remove them. Once the screws are removed, carefully lift the back panel, being careful not to damage any of the internal components. The case should then open and you can access the internal components.
Delonghi hifi heater keeps beeping control board green light
So, it sounds like your Delonghi hifi heater is giving you some trouble, man. The constant beeping and the green light on the control board, it's like it's trying to tell you something. My guess is that there's something funky going on with the thermostat. The beeping is probably the heater's way of saying it can't maintain the desired temperature because the thermostat isn't working properly. And the green light, it's like the heater is still getting power and trying to do its thing, but the thermostat is holding it back.
One thing you could try is checking the thermostat settings and making sure they're all good to go. If the settings are chill, but the problem persists, it might be time for a new thermostat. You could also try unplugging the heater for a bit and then plugging it back in, see if that helps reset the system.
If all else fails, it's best to reach out to Delonghi's customer service or maybe even a professional technician to take a look and give it a tune-up. It's not always easy to fix these things ourselves, so don't be afraid to ask for help.
