Stops running every 11:00 hour
It sounds like there may be debris in the gear train. If you bring it to your local watchmaker or jewelry store, they can clean it out for you. you shouldn't have any problems after you do that

I can't get the date on my F1 right. I set it,
The date change occcurs at 12 O'clock but your watch is set so that it changes at 12 noon rather than 12 midnight. This is easy to correct, simply wind your watch on 12 hours and it will change at midnight.

How can i open the tag f1 watch ? i want to clear
Clear it of what? Dirt? Moisture? If your answer is yes to either you need to go to a watchmaker and get the real problem fixed. Either the caseback, crystal, crown or push buttons are leaking and can be repaired. This is an expensive watch and you may just make the problem worse by trying to fix it yourself.

I don't know how to
If you go to
http://www.tagheuer.com/the-collection/tag-heuer-formula-1/men/quartz-chronograph/index.lbl?w=CAH1110.BA0850 , you will see a menu on the right of the screen.
Clcik on "user manual" to download the manual for your watch.
There are no instructions about setting the date apart from saying the date changes at midnight but you can advance the date by winding it past midnight. If you want to advance it more than one day, wind it back and then forward past midnight again. Repeat as many times as required until you reach the date you need.
How far back you need to wind the watch you will have to find by eaperimenting and observing when the date changes. You might hear a soft "click" when winding it backward, you can the wind it forward again.

Backlight dont show when i
The Tag Heuer F1 does not have a backlight function by way of pressing a button. However, if you mean the lumen on the hands and numbers not showing, then all that needs is daylight to recharge them.
I had a similar problem and found it hard to tell the time at night but I soon realised that the lumens needed a charge etc.... Hold your watch under a light source (torch) for a few minutes and you will see what I mean.

I can unscrew the crown completely out of the tag
The "Normal" is unscrew the crown, then gently pull the crown out very gently until you feel the first "CLick". THis is your date adjustment. Pull gently again, and you will feel another click, this is your time adjustment.

The chronograph hand of my TAG Formula1 starts at
If you pull out the crown to the first stop, then press the start/stop button that should move the second had on one second per press. The reset button moves one of the other dials. If you pull the crown out to the second stop, the start/stop moves the minute hand on, and the reset button moves the other small dial round.
