The crown has three positions:

Fully pushed in is the running position

Pull out to next position alows adjustment of the date

Pull out to third position allows adjustment of the time

That's right- your watch needs battery replacement. No matter you wear it every day or just once a year - battery life comes to an end in a two years time approximately. Expect the same all over and over again.

Thats called an end piece. You can probably go to a reputable watch repair shop and find one. We keep those in stock. Never throw parts away cause someone will eventually need it!

You can take it to a reputable watchmaker (NOT a jeweler) and they should have no problem helping you with this problem. It might be that your watch isn't working because the second hand is stopping it from running. Have them CHECK your battery (opposed to just changing the battery) I bet the second hand is the reason your watch isn't working. You can get the diamond bezel from your watch dealer.Just go to internet and surf for the dealers or you can use Googles to order diamond bezel online.
