2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca "replace clock radio fuse 2007" Questions

clock resets it self to 1:00. Any Ideas?? had the same problem. no radio, navigation interior lights etc. replaced 20 amp fuse labeled "back up" in the engine compartment fuse box and all checks good.
