hazard lights do not blink, right side works just fine right side works fine. left side-no blinkers or hazard lignts ,I suspect you have a bad flasher, it is usually located in the fuse box or near it

hazard lights on and see if they all blink, if not, check the bulbs that dont blink. if all blink, (front and rear), the turn signal switch could be bad. putting the hazard lights on, checks the bulbs

Right side turn signal blinks faster that it is supposed to. turn the hazard lights on, and see which bulb isnt blinking, on the right side.
