1999 Chevrolet Venture "strut mount noise" Questions

I keep hearing a popping noise in my front passenger side wheel well when i turn right. what could it be and how much on average to fix? sounds like your strut mount

strut mount. I replaced right and left struts on wifes 03 saturn vue.. worked great two or three days. then a noise on right side developed. sounds like strut shaft is hitting the mount. jacked car up

noise definitely good indication of those strut mountings. You could check if fastening them more on the chassis makes any difference. Quick and accurate diagnosis if you can drop by suspension people

strut mount or the strut itself.....but how do you tell which one? Is there a bearing in the upper strut mount for this car that could be bad? I dont see where it could be installed unless internal to
