I have a similar issue. When I decel. A sorta grinding takes place in the gear box..but only when I have a rider with me. Tho. I only weigh 150lbs.and when it's just me. All is well. Except for a ticking every so often and I only feel it in my left foot peddle and gear shifter. But when riding a passenger upon decelleration withe the clutch not pressed it's a rough grinding sound. Any body know why

What makes you think its an oil hose? look at the bottom of the tank and make sure its not a drain or vent tube for the gas tank.

you dont need your clutch to start the bike in neutral, the only wire goin near your clutch should be for your horn. the clutch is cable activated on the fzr, if you have no spark check your basics, fuse's relays and such. on the fzr there is two sets of fuses the four under your seat and then relays and one single fuse under the back plastic (left hand side if sitting on the bike). then the next easiest would be to check your wire's they need tune up's just like cars. other than that you are basically left with the digital ignitor or your coils, if you have power goin to your coils what about after them ??? Also the kickstand safety is only when the bike is put into gear it will shut off the bike if stand is down.

check fuses and fusable links.

check your fuses first should be one under seat and maybe by head light then battery connection make sure it si tight leave key on the whole time you do these tests then try to jump off the starter with rubber ended screw driver touch positive to a ground then check connections to key switch with test light if u are getting power to the key switch and nothing happens order a new key switch bike will not fire unless switch is making contact with battery good luck let me know how it goes

No one thing controls those items.
The ignition and headlight circuits
each have their own fuses under the seat.

If you have power to both of the coil sets
then the coil for cylinder 3 and 4
might be faulty.

Lights may just have a blown fuse.

You have more than one problem
going on there.

could be a blocked filter or blocked main jet/s water or dirt will cause quick problems

probably because your syncro is going, is it a manual/stick shift? You probably need to see a mechanic/ technician soon

Is it a single click as you turn the ignition on or a series of clicks as you press the starter button? A series of clicks points to the starter solenoid being faulty. Follow the positive cable from the battery and you should find the relay (suzuki's are cylindrical in shape I believe) and see if the clicking is here. If so. with the ignition on short across the 2 bolted cable connections momentarily with a screwdriver and see if it turns over or starts. Careful, don't allow the short to touch the frame. Each wire will be taken from a different part of the stator winding. There will be an electrical resistance difference between all 3. You will probably have to compare what these measurements are from another stator that does have a connector to confirm what wire goes where. Mark each wire as you test it with a bit of coloured tape or marker.

The ht leads are usually screwed into the coils but some are also bonded in and pushed onto a pin.

you will need to try a new battery, unfortunatly sometimes jumping of a larger battery can spike the regulator, so when the new battery is fitted put a mulimeter across the battery, should read just over 12v engine stopped and rise to 13.5-14v with the engine running.

If it won't charge on a battery charger it may need electrolytes or the battery is shot. If the bike won't maintain a charge it could be the voltage regulator or the generator stator.

There is a fuse box under the seat. Ignition, fan , lights.... There is also a main 30 amp fuse under back left panel

I would check the hot wire going to the key switch and the start button itself.

Yep i think so,also check all the lightbulbs these can break once the fuse blows...
