Battery wont charge

If it won't charge on a battery charger it may need electrolytes or the battery is shot. If the bike won't maintain a charge it could be the voltage regulator or the generator stator.

My fzr 400 will start when it's cool engine and when it's hot will not start ineed help

If your driving and it gets warmed up and shuts off and wont restart it may be a float problem in your carbs. The float needle will get corroded and let gas constantly flow while the bike is on and while you try to start it after it cools you burn the extra gas seeming.like it only starts cold. Ive had personal experience here. New float needles.

My 1989 FZR 600 will not change into neutral or

This problem normally only occurs when the clutch cable needs to be shortened to very littleplay at the lever. If you've lots of free travel in the lever, clutch pack is too tight and shift is hard.I'm sure you know that.Anyway, since is still a problem,I'd be checking the throut at clutch pack before replacing the clutch.Throught lever could be bent or out of position,or just worn out from playing hard. You know how we are.

Cant find my fuel pump relay

The fuel pump relay should be mounted along left side of the frame above the rear tire. You will have to remove the seat and faring to get to it.

I have a hose with a filter attached to it on the right side of the bike and every time i start the bike oil flows out of it?

check the oil level and make sure its not over full. the hose with the mini filter is a crankcase breather, if there is too much oil, it could cause oil to flow out the breather. It is possible that the rings are worn or broken causing blow by or extra crank case pressure. The hard shifting is usually caused by a dragging clutch or the clutch being out of adjustment.

My 89 fzr 600 @4.5000-5.000 rpm backfires. im new

Too much fuel is getting through the carbs. The carbs either need setting up properly or the correct size jets refitting.

Do you have to mix the gas with oil on a 89

No, you do not need to mix the gas and oil because it is a 4-stroke engine and has separate compartments for oil and gas. The only time you would need to mix oil and gas is for 2-stroke engines. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/zamaar_e361c354500963e1

The battery is dead but

One or more cells are short circuited resulting a loss of voltage. The voltage is not enough for the bike to function properly. Only one solution: change battery.
