I want to buy a bajaj pulsar . Confused between 135 and 220 cc . Heart says 220 cc but mind says 135 cc.Want extreme power but also fuel efficiency . Then 220 cc doen'nt come with valves which makes the engine inferior to 135 cc . Also fuel efficiency of this 220 cc will not be beyond 30 kn p litre .

I speak from experience, I have a 180cc Pulsar, me and my wife both travelled on the 180cc together, we commuted approx. 100km daily and had fuel efficiency of approx 35km/l on the 180cc, I think you might still get about 30km/l on the 220cc, if it is only you travelling on the bike, the 180's top speed(with a bigger front sproket, 17 instead of 15) was about 125km/h(not pussing it in the red)
Hope this help to make up your mind, personally I would go for the 220 if it is speed you want

If at all possible, buy a Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki or Suzuki and away away from Bajaj. The Japanese bikes are MUCH better. Bajaj bikes are not dependable and repair parts are hard to find.
